A dual-screen mod of the Pokémon Emerald decompilation for the AYN Thor and other dual-screen Android devices. The game runs natively, no emulator involved.
No ROM or copyrighted assets are included. Provide your own Pokémon Emerald (USA/Europe) ROM to get the game up and running. This is meant to be a vanilla dual-screen experience; ROM hacks aren't supported.

| Gen 4 style battles | Use touch or physical controls on the bottom screen to select actions and moves, use items and switch Pokémon. |
| Battle hints | Move effectiveness and the foe's weaknesses. Off by default. |
| Map | The Hoenn Pokénav map with your live position and the name of where you are. |
| Bag | All five pockets with live quantities. |
| Trainer card | Badges, money and playtime, based on the in-game card. |
| Option menu | Every setting on the bottom screen in the game's own option-menu style, including text speed, battle scene and frame, so you never open START → OPTION. |
| Your save folder | Keep your save in any folder, such as one Syncthing shares with your PC. RetroArch .srm saves load and update in place. |
| Controller navigation | Optionally drive the bottom screen with L1/R1, the right stick and Y. |
| 3D mode | An experimental voxel renderer for the overworld, with camera and lighting options. Off by default. |
To try 3D mode, turn on OPTION → 3D → VOXEL 3D and restart the app. The settings guide explains every option.
Getting started
- Install the APK from the latest release.
- Launch the app and tap Select ROM when asked, then pick your Pokémon Emerald (USA/Europe) ROM.
- That's it. The app restores the game data once and boots straight into the game. Future launches skip this step.
You can bring an existing save with you. Any ordinary 128 KB GBA flash save (.sav or .srm), the same file an emulator or a cartridge dumper writes, can be imported. This doesn't include savestates or other formats. See install and saves for the steps.
